Pray without ceasing.
In all circumstances give thanks, for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.
~ I Thessalonians 5:16-18
Resumed | Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament on Monday, June 15
Have you always wanted to make prayer a priority in your life but have found it hard fitting it into your busy schedule? Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is available in our Church Chapel Monday – Fridays. Exposition is after the 8:00 am daily Mass with Repose at 10:00 pm M-Th and 5:00 pm on Fridays. Stop by and spend some time with Jesus, He can’t wait to see you.
Are you wanting to take that next step and sign up for a weekly Holy Hour, contact Barb Gagliardi. Most hours already have an adorer to share the time with, you won’t be by yourself. If you are unable to make a week, simply contact your partner(s) and someone will be there with the Blessed Sacrament. A bit nervous about making a weekly commitment; sign up as a substitute instead. However much time you can spend with Jesus, a few minutes to a weekly Holy Hour, He is just happy to see you.
A Note from Father John
We resumed the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament on Monday, June 15.
No one should feel obligated to return to coming in for Exposition. In fact anyone with a compromised immune system, who has other health issues that places you in the high risk category, lives with someone who is high risk, or in the past 14 days has experienced flu like symptoms should not come in for Exposition.
Many others will choose for personal reasons not to return. We respect the decision you need to make.
For those who choose to return for Exposition, you are strongly encouraged to wear a mask. You will notice we have removed the cushioned chairs and replaced them with hard plastic chairs at this time. That means there are no kneelers. We have not found a good way to sanitize the fabric cushions on the kneelers or the padded chairs. When you are finished, you will need to use the wipes we provide to wipe down your chair.
The monstrance will be placed on the altar, to allow for better social distancing during Exposition.
If you are interested in coming back to Exposition as an adorer, please let Barbara Gagliadi know.
For those who choose to remain at home, we are inviting you to sign up to be an “At Home Adorer”. You are invited to sign up for a time during the week when you will commit an hour to prayer in the safety of your home. This will allow you to continue to participate as an adorer. We will provide you with an 8 1/2″ by 11″ framed color photo of our tabernacle to help you create a place of prayer in your home when you sign up to be an “At Home Adorer”. Let Barbara Gagiliardi know you want to be an “At Home Adorer” and the time you will be in prayer.

Through Adoration the Christian mysteriously contributes to the radical transformation of the world to the Gospel.
Anyone who prays to the Savior draws the whole world with him and raises it to God.
Those who stand before the Lord are therefore fulfilling an eminent service.
They are presenting to Christ all those who do not know Him or are far from Him.
They keep watch in His presence on their behalf.
Saint John Paul the Second
