Present: Fr. John, Sam Cari, Ken Schaefer, Howard Cameron, , Mary Seyer, Jeanne Darnold, Rick Reams, Carrie Whitacre, Rich O’Connor, Sr. Bernadette.Also present: Mary Piasecki, Reg Klubeck, , Tim O‘Brien, Bev Radermacher, Nancy Sinnett, Linda Radtke, Phyllis Koss, Kathy Smoliske, Claire Zajac .Prayer Father John led the council in prayer.
Call to Order: Sam Cari called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.Agenda The agenda was approved as presented.Minutes: The minutes from the May, meeting were approved as presented. Parish Administrator: Father John introduced Deacon Ken Schaefer, our new parish administrator. Ken Schaefer reported that the finance committee would present the Budget at the August meeting of the council.Parish Nurse: Bev Radermacher and Nancy Stinnett asked the council to approve a Health Ministry sub-committee to report to the Family Life committee to assist them in the development of a Parish Nurse program. The council approved the formation of a Health Ministry sub-committee and asked Nancy and Bev to keep the council informed of their progress. Parish Report: Father John and Sam Cari presented a draft of an update to the Parish on the Four Commitments. The draft was reviewed by the council and approved.Parish Meeting: The date of October 17 was approved for a parish meeting. The agenda of the meeting to be determined.
