St. Croix Valley Catholic High School
A demographic study completed in the spring of 2006 indicated a Catholic High School could be supported in the St. Croix Valley region. The St. Croix Valley Task Force continues to work towards the goal of completing the Catholic Education system in the St. Croix Valley. The group has established the St. Croix Valley Catholic Education Foundation (SCVCEF), a non-profit organization with the following mission:
To support and promote the accessibility, affordability and quality of Catholic education in the St. Croix Valley.

When password prompt appears enter “croix” (all lower case)
Fill in your responses and press “Submit Your Responses” button at the end of the survey
When your responses have been submitted you will be directed to a webpage thanking you for your submission.

I can't click the link to open my survey-
Go to the survey main page and hit the refresh button in your browser toolbar, allow the page to upload fully, and try again.
I can click to go to the survey, but I get taken to a blank TeamWorks page; there's no survey and nothing asking for my password.
Firstly check the settings on your pop-up blocker to see if it is stopping the site from requesting a password from you.
Secondly (if using Internet Explorer) right click the IE icon on your desktop and go to "Properties" This should bring you to the "Internet Options" menu. Click the "Security" tab and then click the "Custom Settings" button near the bottom of the menu. Scroll down to the near-bottom of the list and make sure that the setting "Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows" is "Enabled"
I can type in my password, but it isn't working.
Verify that you are typing in “croix” (all lower case).
Check that "Caps Lock" is off and that, when you are typing in your password, you are not pressing "shift". The password is case sensitive.
Occasionally login to a survey is interrupted by intermittent connectivity. If you are attempting to log on from a home network or a dial-up connection simply try to enter the password a couple more times,
