WeShare Q & A
Q: What is an Electronic Giving Management System?
WeShare, LPi’s Electronic Giving Management System, allows churches to
manage the donations to the parish efficiently, effectively, and
securely. It is an automated means for members to support their church
financially through one-time or recurring contributions, as well as a
tool to manage all parishioner transactions.
Q. If I'm already using ACH for Electronic Giving and sign up for WeShare will it automatically cancel the ACH account?
A. NO! You must contact Barbara Kaiser in WRITING to cancel ACH Giving. You must specify what account to cancel (Sunday Collection, Capital Campaign, or Debt Reduction). You may cancel in an email to Barbara (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via handwritten note. Note to be addressed to: Barbara Kaiser, Director of Parish Finances, Saint Patrick Parish, 1500 Vine Street, Hudson WI 54016
Q: What is the advantage of using WeShare instead of the previous ACH Electronic Giving System?
A: WeShare, LPi’s Electronic Giving Management System, allows you to be more in control of your giving. If you go to https://stpatrickofhudson.weshareonline.org you will see all the giving options available (they will change seasonally); you can set up recurring or one time gifts for each category and change at your discretion at any time. You are able to check your giving history at any time.
Q: Once I enroll in WeShare, will I be able to change personal information, banking or credit card numbers?
A: Changing information is simple! Just log in to YOUR page on the WeShare secure website and go to "settings".
