Bless a child with a Box of Joy! Box of Joy is a Cross Catholic Outreach ministry dedicated to sharing the joy, hope and love of Jesus with impoverished boys and girls in developing countries. As Christmas approaches participants pack toys, clothing, school supplies and other treasured items into shoebox sized boxes provided by Box of Joy which are then sent to children in need in third world countries. For many children, the Box of Joy gifts are the first Christmas present they have ever received. Box of Joy materials will be available at the Connections Center beginning 10/12 through 11/3 or until gone. Please stop by and consider blessing a child with a Box of Joy. Regular shoe boxes can be used as well if there are no boxes available. Please return full boxes, unsealed no later than 11/5 as they will be delivered for shipping on 11/7.
