We have been informed from the City of Hudson that road construction is set to begin on Vine Street on June 3rd, 2024. Vine Street will be closed from Wisconsin Street to Carmichael Road from 6/3/24 through mid-August. Be advised that our church entrance along Vine Street will not be accessible during this closure. Please use the Wisconsin Street entrance to Saint Patrick Parish during that time.

Vine Street Improvements Project
Project Scope: Vine Street will be reconstructed from Wisconsin Street to 600-feet east of Diamond Drive to improve the deteriorating pavement and pedestrian safety. The improvements will include pavement Full-Depth Reclamation and asphalt resurfacing, concrete curb and gutter reconstruction, trail widening and repaving, curb ramp improvements, and pedestrian crossing improvements at Spruce Drive and Diamond Drive. Vine Street will be closed from Carmichael Rd. to Wisconsin St., but a business access route will be in place. Detour routes coming soon.
Project Schedule: The contractor plans to start removals and pulverizing the existing pavement on Monday, June 3rd. The Contractor anticipates being done mid-August, at which time, the roadway will be open to traffic. Per any construction project, the anticipated start and end dates are weather dependent.
